Connecting Directly the "Canal Pedestrian Bridge" via the Nanakuma Line extension to Hakata Station

The Nanakuma Line of the Fukuoka Municipal Subway is steadily being extended to Hakata Station. The Fukuoka City Transportation Bureau has announced the construction status as of July 2022.

Construction is underway to extend the Nanakuma Line from its current terminus, Tenjinminami Station, to Hakata Station by 1.6km. "Kushida Shrine Mae Station" is newly established on the way. We are about seven months away from opening in March 2023.
