Donation Ranking of ”Furusato Nozei” Towns: 1st place Shiranuka in Hokkaido

The Furusato Nozei Research Institute (Osaka), which conducts surveys and analyses of the hometown tax donation market, analysed the amount of tax donations by town based on the announcement by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. Shiranuka in Hokkaido (Shiranukacho, 12.5 billion yen) topped the list of tax donations by town.

2nd place is Tsuno in Miyazaki Prefecture (10.9 billion yen), 3rd place is Teshikaga in Hokkaido (5.8 billion yen), 4th place is Sakai in Ibaraki Prefecture (Sakai 4.8 billion yen) and 5th place was Kamimine in Saga Prefecture (4.5 billion yen).
