HIS in final negotiations for 90 billion yen sale of Huis Ten Bosch to a Hong Kong Investment Firm

Travel giant HIS is considering selling its affiliated theme park "Huis Ten Bosch" (Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture). HIS is continuing final negotiations with Hong Kong investment company PAG as a potential buyer.

HIS owns about 67% of Huis Ten Bosch shares, and five local companies in Kyushu, including JR Kyushu and Kyushu Electric Power Co., which hold the remaining shares, will be arranged to sell the shares.
